He has successfully operated restaurants in malls, shopping centers and in residential community locations. In 1983, Mr. Anthony and his wife, Barbara, founded This Is It! BBQ & Seafood. Heralded as local pioneers of southern and home-style cuisine, their corporate focus is to promote quality food and family pride.
With over 25 years in the restaurant industry, Mr. Anthony’s This Is It! Southern Kitchen & Bar-B-Q restaurants are recognized for their exceptional hospitality while serving their best, authentic home-style, health-conscious recipes. Their many prestigious awards attests to the comprehensive superiority of their establishments. Mr. Anthony is devout in his Christian faith and often sought after for speaking engagements.
